The flat side is perfect for hammering down rivets without marring the leather, and the whole thing stays put on my bench. I was surprised how much easier it made setting hardware compared to using a scrap piece of wood.

The concave side is a game-changer for setting rivets on curved surfaces, keeping everything steady without slipping. It’s solid enough that I don’t worry about marring the leather, and it handles heavy hammering without a wobble.

I’ve been using the flat side for stamping and it’s perfectly level, no wobble at all. The concave side is great for setting rivets without them slipping, which has made my leatherwork look much cleaner.
