Grain d'Italie irisé coupe artisanale

I was a little worried the iridescent effect would be too subtle, but it really does catch the light beautifully from every angle. The leather has almost no stretch, which made cutting precise shapes for my card holder incredibly easy.

The color shift is way more dramatic than I expected — in sunlight it goes from a deep plum to almost rose gold. The pebble grain texture feels substantial without being stiff, perfect for card sleeves. Already planning my next project with this hide.

The iridescent shift is the star—one moment it’s deep charcoal, the next a faint green-blue sheen catches the light. I cut a card holder from it and the chrome tanning kept the edges clean without any stretching or warping. Exactly the pop I wanted for a small project.
