The gray and black python print looks really natural up close, and the 5 sq. ft. piece I got had enough hide for a clutch. Chrome tan makes it soft but still sturdy enough for daily use.

The gray-and-black python print looks even better in person than on screen, and the chrome tanning keeps it soft yet sturdy—perfect for my bag project. I got about 7 sq. ft. from my piece, which was plenty for the straps and panels I needed.

Jacob ★★★★☆ Oct 22, 2026

The gray and black python print looks even better in person, almost like a real hide. The leather is a solid 3 to 5 oz weight, so it's got enough body for a bag but still flexible for folding. Only downside is the size can vary a lot, mine came in closer to 5.5 sq ft than the 8.
