ベルトエンド用アクリルテンプレート

I’ve been using this template to mark holes on a 1-1/2" belt, and the pointed end guide made getting the taper spot-on much easier than freehanding it. The acrylic is clear enough to see my layout lines through, which saved me from a couple of misalignments.

Finally, a template that handles pointed and rounded belt ends on all five widths without me having to guess. The laser-cut cutouts align perfectly with a 1-1/2" belt, and the scratch awl marks come out crisp every time. I’ve made three belts this week and each hole landed dead center.

The cutouts for each belt width are laser-precise, so my hole spacing is finally consistent from end to end. I used a scratch awl through the guides and it lined up perfectly on both pointed and rounded belt ends.
