TandyPro® Deluxe Splitter Replacement Blade

Installed this replacement blade and it cut through 5-ounce leather like butter right out of the box. The 5.5-inch width is perfect for belts and straps, no more skipping or tearing.

My old blade was chattering something awful on veg-tan, but this one cuts clean right up to the 5.5" width and handles a 0.75" depth without straining. The edge stayed true through a full afternoon of splitting belts.

This blade cut through my thickest 8-ounce leather like butter, and the 5.5-inch width handled a belt strap without any trouble. I was worried about the depth limit, but 0.75 inches has been plenty for my projects so far.
