The chrome tanning gives this leather a really nice, soft hand that drapes beautifully over the shoulder. I love how the multi-brown leopard print has such rich, natural color variations across the 7 square foot piece I received.

I was nervous the leopard pattern would look cheap, but the chrome tanning gives it a soft, supple feel that’s honestly surprising. The hide came in at just over 6 square feet, which was perfect for my project, and the multi-brown tones are richer in person.

The multi-brown leopard print is even more striking in person, and the chrome tanning gives it a nice, soft hand right out of the package. I’m using it to make a small shoulder bag, and the 5 to 8.5 sq. ft. size was plenty for my project.
