I was pleasantly surprised by how soft and pliable the goatskin is right out of the box—no break-in needed. The waxed finish gives it a subtle, natural sheen that looks great on the small project I just finished.

The pull-up effect is really subtle and adds a lot of character as you handle it. Burnishing the edges was surprisingly easy and gave a nice polished finish. Exactly the soft, workable temper I wanted for a small wallet project.

This leather has just the right amount of wax to give it a subtle sheen without feeling greasy. I love how the pull-up effect shows up when I bend it, and it burnished nicely along the edges of my small project.
