I was pleasantly surprised that the pack of 10 gave me plenty of options for different carry positions right out of the box. The double shoulder leather is stiff at first but molds nicely after a few days of wear.

Picked up the pack of ten to have extras for different jackets, and the premium leather feels like it will hold up well over time. The hide is a bit stiff at first, but that's expected with 6-7 oz. leather.

I've been rotating through these and the leather is already softening up nicely after just a few wears. The only reason for 4 stars is that one holster had a slightly stiff seam, but the rest are comfortable.
