The leather is cut nice and thick, so it feels sturdy right out of the pack, and the double shoulder milling gives it a solid base for molding. I’ve already shaped one for my everyday carry and it’s holding its form well—good value for ten blanks.

The leather on these kits is noticeably thicker and more substantial than the cheap nylon holsters I've tried before. Each piece needed only a little shaping to fit my specific firearm securely. Ten holsters is a great stash for swapping out carry positions or keeping spares in different bags.
