I mounted mine in a silver pendant setting and the un-drilled base made it easy to position exactly where I wanted. The color matches real bird talons perfectly—a nice touch for my nature-themed jewelry.

The claw looks so realistic with that mottled coloring, like it came from an actual bird of prey. Because it's un-drilled, I can decide exactly where to place the holes for my jewelry setting. It's a solid piece of cast resin that feels substantial in the hand.

I was worried these would be too fragile for a belt buckle, but the solid resin holds up nicely even when I drilled a hole for mounting—the realistic color is a nice bonus.
