I’ve been using this lace to finish a buckskinner-style pouch and it’s holding up beautifully — the cowhide is soft enough to knot tightly without cracking. Cutting through it is a breeze, too. Just ordered another side for a jewelry project.

The leather has a really nice supple feel that makes it easy to work with on my buckskinner shirt. Even after knotting it tightly, the lace doesn't feel stiff or rough against the fabric.

For my latest home décor project, this lace was incredibly easy to work with because the leather is so soft and supple. I used it to add a rustic touch to a lamp base, and it held up beautifully without any fraying.
