I cut out all the pieces in about 20 minutes and they fit together perfectly—the acrylic is thick enough that my rotary cutter didn't warp it.

Finally, a template that doesn't flex or warp while I'm tracing—the acrylic is properly thick, and the finished wallet dimensions came out exactly right at 4.25 x 3 inches. I traced the pieces three times already and the edges are still crisp, plus the materials list saved me a trip to the store.

The acrylic template is thick and sturdy, so it didn’t flex at all while I traced the pieces. I was surprised how cleanly the corners came out compared to using paper patterns.
