Used these to reinforce the seam on my leather chair where it was starting to pull apart, and they've held up great so far. The heads sit flush against the fabric, which keeps them from snagging on clothing. Ten was just enough for the worn edge I was patching.

The tacks have a nice smooth head that sits flush against the leather, no snagging when I run my hand over the repaired seam. Used about eight of them along a worn chair edge and they've held tight so far. Ten in a pack was just enough for the job.
