I was pleasantly surprised how well the veg tan leather took the dye from my own kit—it came out looking rich and custom. The pre-cut holes lined up perfectly, so I had the strap assembled in under an hour. It’s already become my go-to strap for practicing at home.

The leather is surprisingly soft and easy to work with right out of the box—punched holes cleanly without any cracking. I'm no leatherworker, but following the instructions had me finishing a strap that feels solid and looks great on my acoustic.

Took my time with this kit over a weekend, and the veg-tan leather was surprisingly easy to cut and punch even as a first-timer. The strap is already starting to develop a rich patina, and it's rock solid on stage — exactly what I needed for my heavy acoustic.
