Bouton boussole concho

I was worried the raised profile would look bulky, but it's actually elegant and gives the piece a nice three-dimensional feel. The gap is just right for slipping a strap through without any fuss. Works great as a functional button and adds a nice Western touch.

The raised design works exactly as described, making it easy to fasten a loop through the back without any fuss. I used two on a leather journal cover and they function perfectly as decorative closures while staying securely in place.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well this concho works as a functional button—the raised design gives it just enough space to actually fasten through a buttonhole. The extra height also adds a nice bit of dimension on my leather project. Really happy with how it turned out.
