These 1/2 inch screwbacks feel genuinely heavy and solid, not like the plated junk you find at big box stores. I bought a 10 pack for a few craft projects and the brass finish hasn't tarnished at all. The screw mechanism threads on smoothly, which is more than I can say for other rivets I've tried.
