Ordered a side for a custom bag project and was pleasantly surprised by the rich, earthy brown color variation. The leather feels substantial and has a nice, natural pull-up when I flex it.

The leather arrived with a bit more character than I expected—a few natural marks, but that’s exactly what I wanted for my project. The thickness and hand feel are substantial and even across most of the hide, which made cutting a breeze.

The leather has a nice, firm hand feel that will work well for belts and small goods, though you have to work around a few of the smaller imperfections in the hide. I'm happy with the value for a project where I can cut around the flaws.
