I was a little worried the leather would be too stiff for a bag project, but it’s surprisingly easy to fold and stitch. The hand-buffed highlights really pop against the darker embossed grain.

The contrast between the dark base and the lighter buffed highlights is even better in person. I’ve been using a piece for a small project and the medium softness makes it easy to work with, yet it still holds its shape nicely.

The hand-buffed finish gives this leather a depth of color that really pops once you start working with it. I'm using it for some small goods and the medium temper makes it very easy to mold and stitch. It's got a nice, natural feel without any waxy pull-up, just a clean, rich look.
