The medium hand on this 3-4 oz split is exactly what I needed for a belt project, and the 10 square feet gave me plenty of room to cut my pieces. The dye is consistent across the whole piece, no light spots at all.

The dye penetration on this 3-4 oz buffalo bend is even all the way through, and the medium temper holds a crease beautifully. I used it for a belt and it skived and burnished without any trouble.

Finally got this in my hands and the 3-4 oz weight feels perfect for a belt I’m making—not too stiff, not floppy. The medium hand makes it easy to tool without fighting the leather. Very pleased with the consistent thickness across the whole hide.
