I was a little worried these would be too stiff for my bracelet project, but the latigo leather broke in nicely after a few knots. The 0.8mm thickness is just right for threading through smaller beads.

The 2-3 oz weight is perfect for my jewelry repairs—sturdy enough to hold knots tight, yet supple enough to thread easily through small beads. I've already used it on three bracelets and the finish hasn't frayed at all.
