I've been experimenting with leathercraft and this blank is perfect—the deep embossing makes the finished belt look like it cost twice as much. Trimming it to my exact waist size was straightforward, and the full-grain cowhide feels substantial without being too stiff.

The embossing is incredibly detailed and deep, giving the belt a rugged character right out of the package. I was surprised at how easy it was to cut to my exact size with a basic hole punch.

The leather is thick and sturdy, and the deep embossing really stands out once you apply a little dye. I trimmed mine to fit perfectly with a simple punch tool, and the unfinished edges were easy to finish smooth.
